As this uses creatives commons sound effects, it means you are free to mash-up this podcast as much as you like except the part featuring the Bodega Bay music as that's from RoyaltyFreeMusic and therefor not under the creative commons license. But almost everything else is fair game. Mind you, if you're got that much free time on your hands you should be doing something more sensible instead like getting some fresh air or building a model airplane... Wow!
